Roger Binny and Rajiv Shukla have arrived in Pakistan on PCB’s invitation. Both officials enjoyed the Sri Lanka and Afghanistan match at Gaddafi Stadium.

The President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Roger Binny, and the Vice-President, Rajiv Shukla, enjoyed the Sri Lanka and Afghanistan match at Gaddafi Stadium in Pakistan. This is the final group match of the Asia Cup 2023. PCB had extended an invitation to BCCI officials to watch this match and attend a dinner. Consequently, the President and Vice-President of BCCI arrived to watch the match. Both of them reached Pakistan via the Atari border.

P.C. BCCI shared a photo of both BCCI officials, writing, ‘BCCI President Roger Binny and BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla are watching the Afghanistan vs. Sri Lanka match at Gaddafi Stadium.

After arriving at Amritsar Airport in Punjab, Rajiv Shukla had said that this trip is not political. He said, “This two-day tour is entirely from a cricket perspective, not political at all.

Roger Binny and Rajiv Shukla participated in a program organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in Lahore. During this tour, both of them met players from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. Both officials from the BCCI also attended the dinner organized by the PCB

In 2004, Rajeev Shukla had also gone to Pakistan.

Apart from Binni and Shukla, Jay Shah, the secretary of the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India), was present in the match held on September 2nd between India and Pakistan in Palakkad, Sri Lanka. After that, all three returned to India on September 3rd. Now, Binni and Rajeev Shukla are in Pakistan. Rajeev Shukla had also gone to Pakistan with the team captained by Sourav Ganguly in 2004.
