If Pakistan gets a chance to play 22 overs, they would need to score 226 runs to win. Whereas, if they get to play 24 overs, the target would be 230, and if they get 26 overs, the target would be 244 runs as per the DL rule. It should be noted that the Indian team, batting first in this match, scored 356 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 50 overs.
When Pakistan’s team came out to chase this massive target, their start was not good. They lost their first wicket in the form of Imam-ul-Haq at a score of 17.
